It contains Vitamin B6 for normal psychological function and melatonin to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily at night or as determined by a professional. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids.
