Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system during and after exercise, to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function, to the normal functioning of the immune system, to the protection of cells against oxidative damage, helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue and improves iron absorption. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage. Zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, to the protection of cells against oxidative damage, to the process of cell division, to normal cognitive function, to the maintenance of normal bones, nails and skin, to normal macronutrient metabolism and to normal protein synthesis.
