Allium Nova by Nova Diet is a food supplement made from garlic Allium sativium L., with properties that help control blood pressure levels and blood levels of lipids and glucose. The properties of garlic are due to substances of a sulfurous nature, such as allicin. Garlic is one of the most effective antimicrobial vegetables, being effective against microorganisms and food parasites. Garlic reduces platelet aggregation and thrombus formation, as well as having lipid-lowering activity. It helps lower high blood pressure when administered over a more or less long period of time.
