Description

Gateway from Nedis® that connects directly to your Wi-Fi, therefore no Ethernet cable is needed. Simply install it in the Nedis® SmartLife app and you can connect up to 50 Nedis® Zigbee products to a single gateway. In addition, you can access Nedis® SmartLife Bluetooth products (e.g. LED strip, water valve or key finder) wherever you are, as long as the product is within the Bluetooth® range of the gateway. All connected products are displayed in the SmartLife app and can be included in automations as if they were directly connected to a wireless network. (Note that when using multiple Bluetooth® products that do not support Bluetooth Mesh, there may be a slight delay because there can only be two simultaneous Bluetooth® connections.)ZigBee is an alternative protocol to Wi-Fi with significantly lower power consumption. It allows small wireless sensors to operate for up to several years on a battery.
