Rectangular 13mm Silver Cake Drum

These rectangular cake drums serve as foundational support for both amateur and experienced bakers across UK and EU home kitchens. Constructed from corrugated paper with a full aluminium foil facing, they deliver durability without excess bulk. Dimensions include 10”, 12”, 14”, and 16” (25–40 cm), all uniformly 13 mm thick and finished in a sleek silvery tone. Weight ranges from ~140 g (smallest) to ~350 g (largest), scaling predictably with surface area. They’re widely used for loaf cakes, Swiss rolls, sheet cakes, and tiered desserts — particularly where vertical stability, clean presentation, and ease of transfer matter most. The rigid profile supports smooth rotation on turntables and eliminates the need for secondary reinforcement like dowels or foam inserts in many standard applications.
