Porridge is a typical Northern European breakfast made with oats, warm and creamy. It's high in magnesium and a source of fiber and iron. This delicious version is ideal for a hearty, quick, customizable, and ever-so-smoothing breakfast, thanks to the thousands of combinations you can make with toppings like nut butters, fresh fruit, fruit compotes, or granola. To enjoy your porridge, we recommend: Pour 4 heaped tablespoons of porridge (about 50g) into a mug and add 90ml of water or milk (you can adjust the amount of water or milk depending on your desired consistency). Mix, let the porridge sit for a minute, add a topping of your choice, and your breakfast is ready. Porridge for the next morning: To enjoy a fresh porridge, mix 50g of porridge and 110ml of cold milk in a mug. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator overnight (or at least for a couple of hours). The next morning, the porridge will be ready to enjoy. It's delicious plain, but it's even more delicious by adding fresh fruit and/or nut butter to taste. May contain traces of peanuts.
