Black Polyester Screen Patch Tape

A single roll of black polyester mesh tape, 5cm wide and 5m long, designed specifically for UK-standard window and door screening systems. The mesh is tightly woven for tear resistance yet breathable — air permeability measured at approx. 65% open area, aligning with BS EN 13561 performance expectations for domestic insect barriers. Adhesive layer is REACH-compliant and solvent-free, safe for indoor use around children and pets. The tape’s flexibility allows smooth application over compound curves — such as arched windows, bi-fold door corners or recessed flyscreen frames — without creasing or lifting. Edge retention is enhanced by micro-perforated adhesive zones that anchor the outer 2mm of each cut edge, preventing delamination from wind flutter or repeated screen flexing. Common use cases include post-renovation screen damage, seasonal wear on balcony doors, accidental snags from gardening tools, and mesh fatigue near roller mechanisms — all resolved in seconds without specialist knowledge.
