Battery Undervoltage Protection Adjustment: Set 10V undervoltage protection using a 12V lead-acid battery as an example. Connect input to a regulated power supply and adjust voltage to 10V. Adjust the undervoltage protection potentiometer (clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease) until the fault indicator (red light) turns on. Setting is complete. When battery voltage drops to 10V, power output will automatically shut off to protect the battery. Note: This setting is not required if not using battery power. 2. Output Voltage Adjustment: Connect input to a power supply with voltage above the undervoltage protection threshold. Red light should be off and blue light on. Connect output to a multimeter and adjust the output voltage potentiometer to desired level (clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease). Note: Under normal operation, red light remains off and blue light stays on. If red light illuminates, a fault is present. Resolve the issue before reapplying power. 3. Output Current Adjustment: Example: Charging a 12V lead-acid battery with 12V input at 5A charging current. Connect input to 12V power supply. Connect multimeter in parallel to output. Adjust constant current potentiometer (clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease) until multimeter reads 5A. Remove multimeter and connect battery for normal charging. Note: For constant voltage applications, only the maximum output current needs to be set.
