The stainless steel replacement foot spikes can be screwed into the threaded 3/8 inch -16 holes at the ends of the tripod legs. These foot spikes allow the tripod legs to dig into soft surfaces such as snow, sand, soft earth, gravel, and other loose terrain to provide stable footing. The universal 3/8 inch -16 threaded stud on top is compatible with any tripod or monopod that features a standard 3/8 inch -16 thread. Ideal for use on softer, looser ground and also effective on carpeted surfaces. Secure the spike firmly in place using a wrench. Color: silver. Material: stainless steel. Size: 80mm.
